My brother Chris holding Elizabeth.
My sister Elena holding Elizabeth.
My brother and his wife Kara. They've been married 16 years now! Highschool sweethearts....aaawwww!
Anna, Lexi, Nathan, and Gavin waiting to walk down the street to Bum's BBQ for lunch. We've been wanting to go there since we moved here but just never did. Unfortunately Aron had to work, so he missed out on the yumminess, but we'll definitely be going back. It was really really good! Absolutely no atmosphere but who cares when the BBQ is so good!
Gavin and Noah up late playing the computer.
Luis giving Caleb an art lesson. Caleb has recently really gotten into drawing and coloring and Luis is somewhat of an artist himself.
I'm not much of a crafty girl, but I saw an idea for 4th of July t-shirts in Family Fun magazine and thought it would be fun for all the cousins to make. We used different types of pastas to create fireworks stamps and then used different colors of fabric paint and glitter to make these super cute shirts. They all had fun and they turned out great. They all looked so nice watching the fireworks later that night all sporting their new shirts.
Silly cousins! You can't see it in the picture, but Elizabeth has a onesie on that says "Little Firecracker" on the front....so cute with all the cousins and their firecracker shirts! Oh, and if you can't tell, Nathan's now lost both front teeth and another one on the bottom!
It was so nice being together with my family. In two weeks, we'll be traveling to Florida for "business" (rental house stuff) but will get to hang out with Aron's family and mine too while there. Then Aron's mom and grandpa will be heading up here for a couple days in August. And in late September/early October, we're planning a trip to Ohio to see my brother and his family again! We haven't traveled much in the past to see family, but we're realizing it's so very worth it. Hope you all had a blessed 4th of July...I know I did!

I know that I was blest. As you said Cessie it is really worth it to be together as a family. Time is to short. The trip from Fla. to N.C. was hard but truly worth it. Love and miss you all. Mom.
Cute! Love the shirts!!! I may be creative, but I'm not one bit crafty! So GREAT job on those!!!:)
